  1. $100.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a ceremony date. This can be paid through the “Financial” tab on our web site. Options:  PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express

  2. Balance due required 30 days before ceremony, or immediately if scheduled less than 30 days into the future.

  3. Travel fee of $0.56 per mile – portal-to-portal – beyond 25-mile radius of Palm Harbor, FL       Parking & Tolls billed extra.

  4. Confirmation of marriage license (if applicable) minimum three (3) days before wedding – prefer scanned copy emailed.

  5. Delivery of the marriage license to officiant required before the ceremony. Florida places the responsibility for filing the executed marriage license with the issuing county upon the officiant performing the ceremony.  (See citation following)






Officiant will arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the appointed ceremony hour.

We expect to begin on time since we are often committed to a tight schedule.

741.08 Marriage not to be solemnized without a license.—Before any of the persons named in s. 741.07 shall solemnize any marriage, he or she shall require of the parties a marriage license issued according to the requirements of s. 741.01, and within 10 days after solemnizing the marriage he or she shall make a certificate thereof on the license, and shall transmit the same to the office of the county court judge or clerk of the circuit court from which it issued.
